Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. Our processing facilities are monitored by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and operate in accordance with modern, HACCP-based principles, assuring you a safe and consistent product.

Safe Quality Food. As indication of our commitment to quality, food safety, and continuous improvement, our New Brunswick, Canada facility is one of only a small number of salted fish plants to have attained Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level II certifications, a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked standard.
